3. Sharing with carriers & authorities
To move your cargo we share necessary details with carriers and partners (including Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, Aramex and local operators), customs authorities and border agencies. These parties handle your data under their own obligations and our agreements with them.

We store data on secured infrastructure and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Some partners may process data outside Australia or New Zealand; where they do, we take steps to ensure comparable protection.
